Experience a delightful beer garden experience on the rooftop of Matsuya Ginza: “A Touch of Mexican Spirit.” Beautiful, free, and cheerful. A summer beer garden infused with Mexican essence opens for a limited time.

Salt Consortium Co., Ltd. will be holding a limited-time event, "Beautiful Beer Garden," on the rooftop of Matsuya Ginza starting Wednesday, May 20, 2026.

This year, a spacious beer garden with 250 seats, spread across a rooftop in Ginza, will be making a comeback.
This year, under the theme of "A Touch of Mexican Spirit: Beautiful, Free, and Cheerful," we have evolved our style from last year's popular grilled dishes into one that incorporates elements such as tacos, salsa, and tequila cocktails, expressing the cheerful and free-spirited atmosphere of Mexican food culture.

One of its charms is that you can enjoy different atmospheres depending on the time of day, from lunchtime under the blue sky to the relaxed atmosphere of dinnertime in the evening.

An open space, light cuisine, and a pleasant breeze.
All of these elements come together to create an experience that will soothe your mind and body.

■ A food experience that incorporates the atmosphere of Mexico
This year's "Beautiful Beer Garden" has been updated from its previous style, which centered on grilled dishes, to include refreshing accents of tacos, salsa, and lime.
For appetizers, we offer an original guacamole that combines the rich flavor of avocado with a harmonious blend of spices, along with spicy chips and a fresh salad featuring cactus and crispy corn, starting off with a light and refreshing taste.
Grilled beef, pork, and chicken offer the joy of grilling them yourself, and can be enjoyed alongside a variety of colorful vegetables.
To finish off, we offer tacos accented with the tangy flavor and aroma of salsa.
The space incorporates Mexican-inspired colors and decorations as accents, allowing you to spend a summer moment in the open and comfortable atmosphere unique to the rooftop of Matsuya Ginza.

◾️Themed Cocktails and a Diverse Drink Selection
We offer cocktails that capture the essence of Mexico, such as the Paloma, a blend of tequila and grapefruit accented with lime and spices, and a highball that highlights the smoky aroma unique to mezcal. In addition, we also have drinks with a twist on the combination of ingredients, such as a Bloody Mary with basil and a Moscow Mule made with Ginza honey and black tea liqueur.
We also offer mocktails (non-alcoholic cocktails) made with watermelon, citrus, and tropical fruits, so you can choose whether you want alcohol or not.
The regular all-you-can-drink plan includes Corona beer, while the premium beer plan features a lineup of six types: Hoegaarden, Goose IPA, Duck Duck Goose Session IPA, Modelo Especial, MINERVA STOUT, and MINERVA COLONIAL.

◾️Four plans to choose from to suit the occasion and your mood
This year, we offer four plans to choose from to suit your needs, including our standard plan, a plan where you can enjoy premium beer, a wagyu plan where you can savor Matsusaka beef, and a luxury plan incorporating carefully selected ingredients.
