Bringing Japanese “Wa” (harmony) to the world: A new kind of event combining food, culture, and stage performances, “WaSHOKU FES,” is set to take place.

A collection of food and drink, market, and stage content centered around Japanese cuisine will be gathered in Hibiya Park, showcasing Japanese food culture and contemporary culture.

FoodFes Inc. will be holding "WaSHOKU FES," a new kind of festival that fuses Japanese food culture and Japanese culture, at Hibiya Park (Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo) for three days from July 3rd (Fri), 4th (Sat), and 5th (Sun), 2026.
This event is being co-hosted with the food and beverage organization NONAME.

Based on the concept of "Sharing Japanese culture and food with the next generation and the world," this event proposes a new culinary experience that blends traditional Japanese cuisine ("Washoku") with global cuisines and contemporary culture.
The venue will feature a food and beverage area offering original dishes incorporating Japanese ingredients and flavors, a market showcasing carefully selected foods and goods from all over Japan, and stage content designed to appeal to younger generations and international visitors, creating a space where visitors can enjoy Japanese culture in a multifaceted way.

Food and beverage stalls, a market, and a stage are planned.

The following content is planned for the venue:

■ Food and Drink Area
We offer original food incorporating Japanese ingredients and Japanese flavors.
We plan to offer "Japanese-style menus" that reinterpret popular dishes from around the world using unique Japanese ingredients and cooking methods.

■ Marche Area
Selling food products, seasonings, and miscellaneous goods from producers and brands across Japan.
Through our products, which are made with carefully selected ingredients and traditional methods, you can experience the charm of Japanese craftsmanship and food culture.

■ Stage Content
The stage will feature performances showcasing Japanese culture, including music, dance, and fashion.
We plan to collaborate with performers and influencers who are popular, especially among Generation Z, and will develop projects that combine the energy unique to real-life events with social media virality.

■ Festival Area
We plan to set up a festival area that will give visitors a traditional Japanese atmosphere, like a summer festival.
We will create a space where children can easily experience Japan's unique festival culture through fun games and hands-on activities. Our aim is to create a place where families can relax and enjoy themselves, making lasting summer memories.

What is the food and beverage organization NONAME?

NONAME is a food and beverage organization that operates under the themes of "food, health, culture, and social contribution."
We share the deliciousness and gentleness of Japanese ingredients, the passion of the producers, and the charm of Japanese food culture through events and experiences.
We aim to create new connections and value through "food," working together with people from various fields, including producers, chefs, creators, and brands.
Furthermore, we value creating experiences that allow people to connect with nature while enjoying themselves, not just by eating, but also by learning about the background and culture of the ingredients and developing a health consciousness.
"Bringing truly good things more freely and more accessible."
NONAME aims to connect people and cultures through food, share the charm of Japan both domestically and internationally, and create activities that will be passed down to future generations.
