GinzaNovo (formerly Tokyu Plaza Ginza), a commercial facility that was reborn as a new brand in December 2025, has decided to carry out its first large-scale renovation as part of its rebranding project. The renovation is scheduled to be completed from the end of 2027 to the beginning of 2028.

To embody further "revitalization" and "brilliance," GinzaNovo will be undertaking its first-ever large-scale renovation project.
Since opening as Tokyu Plaza Ginza in March 2016, it has served as a landmark at the Sukiyabashi intersection for 10 years, and has been cherished by many visitors to Ginza. We express our sincere gratitude for your warm support over the years.
Following the renovation, we will offer our customers an even more wonderful shopping experience with a sophisticated new image and an attractive shop layout. We look forward to welcoming you back to the entire building once again, having further refined the essence of "Ginza."

As part of its rebranding, GinzaNovo will unveil a new spatial design that harmonizes Ginza's historical charm with cutting-edge commercial design. This large-scale renovation will reconstruct the entire building as a "vessel of light," guiding visitors to an experience that engages all five senses through its iconic architectural elements.

• An iconic entrance bathed in light <br />A new symbol of Ginza, this entrance is enveloped in light. It will warmly welcome visitors and promise a special time that will remain in their hearts forever, as well as encounters with new discoveries.

• Light & Patterns The floor, bathed in soft natural light, is subtly adorned with beautiful traditional Japanese patterns. Enjoy a relaxing and high-quality shopping experience surrounded by Japanese aesthetics and warm light.
