Asics Shoji Co., Ltd., a shoe maker, will open a business shoe store "Texy Luxe Non-contact Shoe Fitting Shop" from December 10th (Thursday) to December 21st (Monday). It will open in Ginza as a pop-up shop for a limited time.

With the catchphrase "comfort like sneakers even though it is a business", the Texie Luxe brand continues to make shoes that will become a new common sense for businessmen as leather shoes that pursue comfort and walking comfort in the harsh business scene. This time, a demonstration experiment of all non-contact type unmanned shoe sales by combining the non-contact type touch panel "Air Touch Panel (TM)" and the automatic foot shape measuring machine "INFOOT2", which is the first attempt in Japan in the shoe sales industry, was conducted at this pop-up shop. By doing so, we aim to become a new normal in terms of sales.
As a result of thinking about what we can do now in the ever-changing world and business environment, we ask as many customers as possible to come to the store with peace of mind and choose their own pair in a way that is convincing. It became a pop-up shop filled with the desire. Through this initiative, ASICS Corporation will throw a new stone in shoe sales.

When entering the store, the temperature is measured and disinfected with a non-contact thermometer x disinfectant sprayer x digital signage ("Thermo Sanitizing Signage").
[2] 3D foot shape measurement by operation with a non-contact touch panel → recommendation → product pickup
First, use the signage system (non-contact touch panel "Air Touch Panel (TM)") that uses space using aerial stereoscopic video technology to enter necessary information without directly touching the monitor.
→ Replace the socks with new clean ones, and perform 3D foot shape measurement using the automatic foot shape measuring machine "INFOOT2" by voice and image guidance. (Implementation time is about 3 to 5 minutes)
→ Select shoes / sizes that suit the customer based on the results of 3D foot shape measurement.
→ The shoe display on the wall shines, displaying recommended products in an easy-to-understand manner.
→ Customers pick up recommended shoes and move to the customer service space
[3] Remote customer service and trial wearing The recommended shoes are tried on, and the clerk provides a polite remote customer service through the tablet terminal in the store. (Time required about 10 minutes)
→ You can read the foot print data you measured from the QR code displayed when serving customers.
[4] Purchase Recommended products Read the QR code in the exhibition part from the device owned by the customer, access the Texy Lux EC site, and purchase. You can also take the "Purchase Privilege Card" prepared in the store home, access the Texie Luxe EC site from the QR code written on the card, and select and purchase the recommended products for customer service at the store. By entering the serial code printed on the card, you will receive special benefits only for those who have received customer service at the store.
[5] Product delivery After online payment, the product will be delivered to the designated location within 3 to 4 business days.
