・ Toyama-based illustrator "Dekorin" will hold his first solo exhibition in Tokyo.

In this solo exhibition, it is a collage work in which live pressed flowers and illustrations are crimped, and 14 new works that confine the colorful colors and the sense of life of plants will be exhibited.

-Artist statement- <br /> Becoming a parent and feeling strongly. It's the joy of growing up every day, and the loneliness of what you couldn't do or didn't know until yesterday, one by one becoming the "past."
The theme of this exhibition is "a small story of parents and children". I made a collage of pressed flowers and pictures with the desire to keep my beloved moments in my daily life without fading. Please come and take a look at the "Children's Story" that describes everyday memories that everyone is sure to cherish.

The pressed flowers used in the exhibited works are selected by the artist himself and vacuum-bonded using a special technique to create illustrations and collages. The unique sense of life that cannot be expressed with painting materials alone is fresh.

The floral pattern is also actually made of flowers

Each work is a one-of-a-kind work that cannot be mass-produced.

Dekorin

Dekorin / Illustrator
Born in 1987, he started caricature at the age of 18 and is now a mother of three children. I work in painting related to children, such as picture books, picture-story shows, and painting classes.
Also active as a creative studio ROLE illustrator.
