At "Shiseido Parlor Ginza Main Store Salon de Cafe", from June 1st (Tuesday) to June 30th (Wednesday), 2021, "Parfait of" Crown Melon "from Fukuroi District, Shizuoka Prefecture" and "Yamagata" We will develop a limited menu unique to the season, such as "Special Parfait of" Sato Nishiki "produced in the prefecture". In addition, the popular "Strawberry Parfait" also features delicious summer strawberries that match the season. Please enjoy the special desserts in Ginza in this season when you can feel the signs of summer.

It is a parfait using "crown melon" which is called the king of melons. The melty and soft flesh spreads a rich sweetness and mellow aroma.

This parfait uses the cherry "Sato Nishiki", which represents Yamagata Prefecture, ordered from contract farmers in Tendo City and Higashine City. The red fruits that shine like jewels are plump and elastic, and the refreshing acidity spreads from the overflowing juice.
