Coisof, operated by favy Inc., which promotes eating out DX, will be reopened on January 24, 2022 (Monday) at re: Dine GINZA in Ginza, Tokyo.
For the first renewal commemoration, we will sell a menu using tea and protein from the luxury tea brand "CRAFT TEA" in Shizuoka prefecture. Enjoy the new menu with the renewed coisof. (HP: https://coisof.jp/ )
■ What is coisof? <br /> It works for love! ?? A store specializing in soft and parfait sweets that uses plenty of seasonal ingredients and rich soft serve ice cream.
Opened in Harajuku, Tokyo in August 2017, based on the thick sesame soft serve ice cream supervised by the super-rich sesame ice cream shop "GOMAYA KUKI", which has been featured in many media, Kagawa Prefecture's traditional confectionery "Oiri" is used as a topping. It was gaining popularity due to the adopted "Koisoft".
In 2019, the store was relocated to re: Dine GINZA and opened, but due to the influence of the new coronavirus, it was closed, although it was regrettable.
We are pleased to announce a new menu to commemorate the reopening. In the future, seasonal menus and past popular menus will be revived.

An original parfait that makes your body happy with plenty of homemade protein milk pudding. The rich milk soft of Hokkaido milk is packed with beauty ingredients. Also, since soft serve ice cream does not use flavors or stabilizers as raw materials, it is also a point that even children can eat with confidence. It is a proud dish that blends the sweet and sour aroma of domestic strawberries with plenty of vitamins with rich milk.

Thick milk x CRAFT TEA's carefully selected high-quality tea leaves are used! Topped with single origin sencha and brown rice hail. It is a dish that you can enjoy the aroma of rich milk and fragrant tea, and the texture.
Kawane tea parfait (¥ 600 / tax included)
An original parfait that blends the delicate aroma of Kawane tea with the rich flavor.
Among Kawane tea, we used plenty of rare varieties "Yama no Ibuki" with a strong body, and carefully selected cheeses and creams that are compatible with this "Yama no Ibuki" as the parfait material.
Please enjoy the parfait with a refined taste that is modest in sweetness.

■ What is "CRAFT TEA" that we jointly developed a collaboration menu this time? CRAFT TEA is developing Japanese tea stands mainly in Tokyo with the concept of "good tea, always by your side". We purchase high-quality single-origin Japanese tea from production areas and farmers nationwide, and offer a menu of Japanese tea that is packed with specialties such as "Japanese tea," "late," and "soft serve."
■ What is re: Dine GINZA? "Re: Dine GINZA" opened in January 2019 in Ginza, Tokyo as a "coworking space for chefs". It is located right next to Exit C8 of Tokyo Metro Ginza Station.
With the theme of supporting the challenges of next-generation chefs aiming for independence and entrepreneurship, we started as a shared kitchen with 5 kitchens and 120 seats. It was featured in various media such as TV, radio, and the Web, and was very well received as a new style restaurant.
Due to the announcement from the government due to the spread of the new coronavirus infection, it was unavoidably closed for 1 year and 5 months from April 2020, but it reopened in October 2021. Currently, there are a total of 5 stores including "coisof" and "CRAFT TEA", and it is a restaurant where you can enjoy everything from meals to desserts.
