METoA Ginza’s Grand Finale Just Before Closing with Gratitude: Red Gerbera Festival “Positive Bloom” to be Held from July 18th

-Three experiences that will spread positivity from here-

METoA Ginza, the Mitsubishi Electric event square in Ginza, Tokyo, operated by Mitsubishi Electric Corporation (hereinafter referred to as Mitsubishi Electric), will hold an event symbolized by red gerberas, "Positive Bloom – This summer, bright red positivity will bloom in Ginza." It will run for 18 days from Friday, July 18, 2025 to Monday, August 4, 2025.

This will be the last special event held at METoA Ginza, which has been introducing Mitsubishi Electric's technologies and initiatives through experiential events since it opened in March 2016, before the facility closes. In addition to being able to take a memorable photo at the giant gerbera photo spot, visitors can also take part in a lottery where the first 150 people each day to take a photo of a gerbera daisy in the building will receive a "positive message."

Thoughts behind this event

This event, "Positive Bloom – This summer, bright red positivity blooms in Ginza – " is an event that embodies the Mitsubishi Electric Group's brand concept, "Better begins here. May the ordinary days be better. Mitsubishi Electric continues to support and change the world. Make society more positive, make hearts more positive. Better days start here." The flower language of gerberas is "positivity." Among them, red gerberas represent "passion" and "unlimited challenge," and are a symbol that widely communicates the brand concept.

Since its opening in March 2016, METoA Ginza has been introducing the Mitsubishi Electric Group's business and solutions, as well as sustainability initiatives, through experiential events. Currently, the "Rediscover and discover new things in the everyday 'ordinary'. Is it obvious!?" exhibition is being held, bringing together popular content to express gratitude for the past 10 years. This time, an additional special event, "Positive Bloom – This summer, bright red positivity blooms in Ginza. -" will be held for the last 18 days only from Friday, July 18, 2025 to Monday, August 4, the closing day of METoA Ginza.

We hope that the three gerbera content displays that will paint a corner of Ginza red this summer and conclude the final event will encourage visitors to spend each day with a positive attitude, spreading positivity from here.
