Ginza Loft will be hosting its 9th annual pop-up cafe, "Coffee Yatai Hibariya," a coffee shop in Naha City, Okinawa Prefecture (3-9-6 Makishi, Naha City, Okinawa Prefecture), from January 7th (Wed) to 28th (Wed), 2026.
A total of 10 different cafe menu items will be available, including the classic hand-dripped coffee, as well as Ginza Loft's new Shikuwasa Soda and Matcha Brown Sugar Milk. A special food menu will also be available on weekends during the event.

●New Menu Matcha Brown Sugar Milk 800 yen This addictive drink uses Uji matcha from Morihan in Kyoto Prefecture and brown sugar from Tarama Island in Okinawa Prefecture, with a slightly bitter yet rich flavor.

●New Menu: Mango Milk Iced Coffee Float 880 yen A coffee float made with mango milk ice cream from Shokudo Faidama in Naha City, Okinawa Prefecture.
●New Menu: Okinawa Coffee Cherry Soda 1,000 yen A soda drink made with syrup made from coffee cherry pulp and skin boiled down with cane sugar.

1) Afternoon Coffee Set – 860 yen. This set includes coffee and two types of sables (brown sugar, coconut, and cheese) from Bakery Suien in Yomitan Village, Okinawa.

2) Mini sundae with mango milk ice cream – 860 yen A small sundae made with Shokudo Faidama's mango milk ice cream, topped with brown rice flakes, mango ginger yogurt, karaki powder, and salted chinsuko.
