◆Following on from July, the Midsummer Parfait Fair will be held again in August!
The second installment of the "Midsummer Parfait Fair" to be held in August will feature popular fruits such as Shine Muscat grapes, mangoes, peaches, and figs. All of the fruits used have been carefully selected by the beverage confectionery manager, with a focus on the region of origin and seasonal flavor. Enjoy the marriage of Shiseido Parlour's traditional ice cream and selected fruits to the fullest in this limited-time special parfait.

◆ "Domestic Shine Muscat and Three Kinds of Grapes Parfait" 3,000 yen <br /> A parfait made with domestic Shine Muscat and three recommended kinds of grapes.
Enjoy the rich, refreshing flavor that spreads across your tongue.
◆ "Furano Melon Parfait" from Furano City, Hokkaido, 2,900 yen
This parfait uses Furano melon, which is grown in a basin surrounded by mountains with extreme temperature differences.
After further ripening from harvest, the flesh becomes soft and exudes a rich fragrance.
◆ Okayama Prefecture Peach Special Parfait: 3,200 yen
This parfait uses peaches from Okayama Prefecture, a traditional ingredient that has been handed down since the Meiji era.
Enjoy the melt-in-your-mouth flesh and sweet, juicy texture of this fruit, grown in the mild climate of the Seto Inland Sea.
◆"Wakayama Fig Parfait" 3,000 yen <br /> This parfait uses figs grown in the warm climate and fertile soil of Wakayama Prefecture. Figs, which are characterized by their crunchy texture and gentle sweetness, are made into a compote stewed in sorbet, sauce, and red wine.
