Bvlgari Hotels & Resorts will open a new facility, "Bvlgari Tokyo Ginza Bar & Dolci," at the Bvlgari Ginza Tower on Wednesday, June 4, 2025. This facility will be transformed into a new gourmet space where you can enjoy a casual yet sophisticated dining experience that combines Italian traditions with Japanese ingredients under the supervision of three-star Michelin chef Niko Romito. "Bvlgari Tokyo Ginza Bar & Dolci" will have two different charms. On the 9th floor, "Bvlgari Ginza Dolci" will be the first to offer Bvlgari Hotels & Resorts' signature afternoon tea, and on the 10th floor, the "Bvlgari Ginza Bar," which has been popular with many guests, will evolve into a more sophisticated space.

Bulgari Ginza Dolce
Located on the 9th floor, Bvlgari Ginza Dolci will offer a new signature Afternoon Tea for Bvlgari Hotels & Resorts. The menu will feature a selection of savory dishes and desserts inspired by the richness of Japan's four seasons and Italian food culture, created by Niko Romito, who has a unique culinary philosophy of pursuing the essence of Italian ingredients and adding his own unique approach to them. In addition, a signature dessert created in collaboration with Executive Pastry Chef Katsuya Yoshimitsu will also be available. There will also be a wide selection of takeout items, allowing you to take home the essence of the brand's gourmet cuisine, such as "La Pasticceria" supervised by Niko Romito and "Il Cioccolato" by Maître chocolatier Gianluca Justo.
BVLGARI GINZA BAR
The Bvlgari Ginza Bar, located on the 10th floor, will be transformed into a more sophisticated space under the direction of Bar Manager Simone Ciambrone. The lunch set, overseen by Niko Romito, will be rich in flavor and balance, while in the afternoon, guests can enjoy a comfortable time with light bar food, including cocktails and mocktails. In the evening, guests will be treated to cocktails that combine the sophistication and playfulness that is characteristic of Bvlgari, as well as a wide variety of wines.
The space of "Bvlgari Tokyo Ginza Bar & Dolce" is decorated with an open feeling of 9-meter ceilings, large windows overlooking Ginza Chuo Dori, and the fantastic glow of Murano glass chandeliers, which are known for their high level of craftsmanship and artistry among Venetian glass, creating an atmosphere suited to each experience. For afternoon tea, a delicate and soft space enveloped in light is created, while during bar time, a calm yet glamorous space spreads out.
