The menu features international cuisine with a touch of Japanese flair, in keeping with Tokyo's Ginza district, an international city that attracts people from all over the world. Grilled dishes, cooked at high temperatures to lock in the flavors and bring out the natural flavors of the ingredients, are paired perfectly with bread toasted by our bakers.

This bakery opened in New York's Union Square in 1990. Founder Molly Rubin had an unusual background as a TV producer, and the pretzel croissants and rich hot chocolate born from her unique ideas were quickly beloved by New Yorkers. Since first arriving in Osaka in 2013, the bakery has expanded nationwide to Tokyo, Fukuoka, Nagano, Kanagawa, Kyoto, Nagoya, Hiroshima, Sendai, and other locations.
