*This is the only festival in Japan where you can enjoy a variety of entertainment genres, including musicals, operas, ballets, and live music performances, offered free of charge in an outdoor setting in the heart of the city, provided by multiple theaters, theater companies, and production groups. (As of March 2026, based on our own research)
Tokyo Midtown Hibiya will host the "HIBIYA LIVE FESTIVAL 2026" from Saturday, April 25th to Sunday, May 31st, 2026.
From 2018 to 2025, we held the "Hibiya Festival," an urban entertainment festival where everyone could easily experience diverse theater entertainment and live music. Starting this year, we are changing the name to " HIBIYA LIVE FESTIVAL" and scaling up the event. For the first time, we will set up a special covered stage at the main venue, Hibiya Step Square, and change the seating area to all standing. This will make the performances easier to see and allow more people to enjoy the "live experience." In addition, we will hold live performances and food events for the first time at Hibiya Park, which will be used as a satellite venue during Golden Week. At "HIBIYA LIVE FESTIVAL," we will offer performances of various genres, centered on two content: "theater" and "music," which express the characteristics of Hibiya, which is known as "Japan's Broadway" with its collection of leading theaters, and as a "city of music" represented by Hibiya Public Hall.
Please look forward to the evolving "HIBIYA LIVE FESTIVAL," which will become a festival where more people can easily experience a variety of entertainment.

About the Sustainability of the Mitsui Fudosan Group <br /> Based on the "& mark" philosophy of "creating new value through coexistence, co-existence, and co-creation, and continuing to take on challenges to that end," the Mitsui Fudosan Group views "creation of social value" and "creation of economic value" as two wheels of a car. We believe that creating social value leads to the creation of economic value, and that this economic value will enable us to create even greater social value. When we formulated our new group management philosophy in April 2024, we identified six "GROUP MATERIALITY (priority issues)": "1. Contribution to industrial competitiveness," "2. Coexistence with the environment," "3. Health and vitality," "4. Safety and security," "5. Diversity & inclusion," and "6. Compliance and governance." We will address these material issues through our core business and contribute to sustainability.

Furthermore, in April 2025, we formulated the "&EARTH for Nature" declaration, a declaration of coexistence with the environment in urban development. This declaration views the "environment" as a unified whole of nature, people, and communities, and promotes urban development that expands a rich "environment" and connects it to future generations. The five key priorities of this declaration are "protecting and nurturing greenery," "making the most of the appeal of water," "enriching ecosystems," "connecting the aspirations of the community," and "circulating natural resources." The initiatives described in this press release contribute to one of the key priorities of "&EARTH for Nature."
