We offer craft soft serve ice cream made with carefully selected ingredients.
One of the biggest attractions of "Aipaku® TOKYO" is its exquisite craft soft-serve ice cream, made with the finest dairy ingredients carefully selected from farms across Japan, primarily in the eastern Hokkaido area, known as the "Dairy Kingdom."
We have introduced a top-of-the-line Italian soft-serve ice cream machine from Carpigiani, and we expertly adjust the air content (overrun) to match the characteristics of the mix. We offer premium craft soft-serve ice cream that brings out the natural flavor of the milk and has a smooth texture.
Our seasonal soft-serve ice cream menu offers a new soft-serve experience where you can enjoy the differences in taste depending on the origin, breed of cow, and season of the dairy ingredients. We also collaborate with local ice cream makers from various regions across Japan to create unique ice cream offerings. Be sure to try our " Craft Soft Serve Ice Cream," the highlight of "Aipaku® TOKYO."
The pop-up shop has launched with two carefully selected types of craft soft serve ice cream.
Kicking off the pop-up event are two carefully selected soft-serve ice creams that showcase the charms of various regions of Japan: " fresh milk from the farm " and " famous local shops ." You can enjoy the unique ingredients and flavors of each region right here in Hibiya this summer.
① Kikuchi Farm, Tokachi, Hokkaido: Craft soft serve ice cream made with raw milk from free-range cows.
This craft soft serve ice cream uses fresh raw milk from Kikuchi Farm in Hiroo Town, Tokachi, Hokkaido. From May to November, the cows are allowed to graze freely, and the farm is committed to raising them in a low-stress environment. The raw milk squeezed at the farm is processed in the farm's own processing plant on the same day. This craft soft serve ice cream allows you to fully enjoy the charm of the ingredients, with the gentle sweetness inherent in raw milk and a rich flavor within a refreshing aftertaste.
*At Aipaku® TOKYO, it will be sold as Aipaku® Flower Soft Serve.
② Nagasaki's popular shop "New York-do": The legendary Nagasaki Castella Soft Serve
" Nagasaki Castella Nama Soft, " a popular product from the long-established "New York-do" in Nagasaki, which has been loved for many years, is available for a limited time.
This is a special opportunity to enjoy a rare soft-serve ice cream in Tokyo, which is only available on limited days at the store. It uses "Taiyo-ran," a brand of eggs from Nagasaki Prefecture, and is characterized by its rich egg flavor and smooth texture. It is a treat that evokes the nostalgic and elegant sweetness of Nagasaki's famous castella cake.
The concept is a paradise for ice cream lovers.
With the aim of spreading the wonder and appeal of ice cream, the Japan Ice Cream Mania Association, a general incorporated association, sells carefully selected local ice creams from all over Japan, based on the concept of " a paradise for ice cream lovers ." Since then, it has been held in various locations throughout Japan, and thanks to everyone's support, it has grown into a large-scale ice cream event that has attracted a cumulative total of 4.5 million visitors .
We wanted to create a place where more people could easily enjoy local ice cream loved all over Japan, as well as top-quality craft soft serve ice cream that's hard to find in Tokyo! —That's how this store project came about.
