"WaSHOKU FES 2026," a new kind of event featuring food, a market, stage performances, street performances, and traditional Japanese festival games, will be held at Hibiya Park from July 3rd (Friday). A diverse array of Japanese flavors and content will be gathered there.

FoodFes Co., Ltd. is pleased to announce the participating vendors and event content for "WaSHOKU FES 2026," which will be held at Hibiya Park for three days from Friday, July 3rd to Sunday, July 5th, 2026.

"WaSHOKU FES 2026" is a new kind of event that combines Japanese food culture with food, a market, and stage content, all in one place. The venue will be filled with market booths offering food, drinks, and carefully selected products that showcase the charm of Japan. In addition, there will be stage events such as music and performances, providing visitors with three days to "eat, see, and enjoy."
With the event just this week away, the lineup of participating vendors has now been finalized. At the venue, you can experience the diverse charms of "Wa" (Japanese cuisine), from classic Japanese dishes to dishes with modern twists, and products that focus on ingredients and regional characteristics.
This event is being co-organized with the food and beverage group NONAME (Representatives: Momose, Kobashiri).

In addition, street performers will appear in the street performance area and showcase a variety of performances right in front of visitors.
