A collection of refreshing sweets you’ll want to eat right now in Hibiya! Tokyo Midtown Hibiya is holding a chilled sweets fair, “Summertime Hibiya: A Cold Temptation,” from July 10th (Fri) to August 31st (Mon), 2026.

A selection of local ice creams from across Japan will be gathered in Hibiya! "Aipaku® TOKYO" will have a limited-time pop-up shop.

From Friday, July 10th to Monday, August 31st, 2026, Tokyo Midtown Hibiya will be hosting a cool sweets fair to enjoy during the hot summer, titled "Midsummer Hibiya: Cool Temptation – Soothing Summer Sweets," at its restaurants and bars throughout the building.

We've prepared a variety of unique treats, including shaved ice made with colorful summer fruits like watermelon and mango, and luxurious parfaits using premium fruits such as peaches and melons. In addition, we have banana tempura parfaits, fried ice cream, and even alcoholic sherbet.

Additionally, "Aipaku® TOKYO," a specialty shop for craft ice cream and local ice cream, is open for a limited time from July 4th (Saturday). You can enjoy carefully selected local ice creams from all 47 prefectures of Japan.

Enjoy a refreshing escape from the summer heat at Tokyo Midtown Hibiya, where you'll find a variety of cool treats perfect for this season, including parfaits, shaved ice, and local ice cream.

This special shaved ice is supervised by "Shugetsudo," a sweets shop in Aichi Prefecture. As a limited-time summer menu item, two flavors will be available: mango, which has an exquisite balance of sweetness and tartness, and banana, which has a rich and creamy taste.

GOOD CHEESE GOOD PIZZA (2F)

Our special shaved ice is made using whey, a by-product of cheesemaking. The sweet and sour homemade mango and passion fruit syrup creates a refreshing summer moment.

A fragrant, grown-up shaved ice dessert generously topped with high-quality Uji matcha syrup. Smooth ice is topped with homemade red bean paste, matcha ice cream, and matcha jelly – a luxurious treat that matcha lovers will adore.

A craft ice cream shop and specialty store for local ice creams, "Aipaku® TOKYO," will open for a limited time. The Japan Ice Cream Mania Association will be selling carefully selected local ice creams from all 47 prefectures of Japan. In addition, craft soft serve ice cream made with carefully selected dairy ingredients will also be offered. You can fully enjoy the diverse charms of ice cream that Japan is proud of.
To kick off the pop-up, we will be selling craft soft-serve ice cream made with fresh milk from Kikuchi Farm in Tokachi, Hokkaido, and Nagasaki castella soft-serve ice cream from New York-do, a popular shop in Nagasaki.
