The approximately 60-meter long "Yellow Brick Road" enhances the sense of immersion in the story. Period: March 3rd (Tue) – April 4th (Sat), 2026
Tokyo Midtown Hibiya will host "HIBIYA BLOSSOM 2026," an event themed around "art and flowers" to celebrate the arrival of spring in the Hibiya district from Tuesday, March 3rd to Saturday, April 4th, 2026. Following last year's collaboration with the acclaimed film "Wicked," this year's collaboration with the sequel, "Wicked 2" (released March 6th), will be realized. New spots will be introduced, including a flower dome made up of over 15,000 artificial flowers, a grand staircase decorated with tulip fields inspired by the world of the film, and the "yellow brick road" symbolizing the story.
Now, it has been decided that the "Yellow Brick Road" will extend beyond Hibiya Step Square and onto Hibiya Nakadori Street. The approximately 60-meter-long "Yellow Brick Road" will invite visitors into the Land of Oz. The entire Hibiya Nakadori Street will be decorated with floral art on streetlights and benches, creating a "Botanical Street." The "Yellow Brick Road," symbolizing the film, and the artistic everyday scenery surrounded by flowers will unfold, transforming the area into a photogenic space that will make you want to take pictures.
Additionally, cafes and restaurants in Tokyo Midtown Hibiya will be offering a limited-time green and pink menu inspired by the two witches that appear in "Wicked." Enjoy this special lineup that will remind you of a scene from the film with every taste. In commemoration of the film's release, there will also be an exhibition of costumes that have been perfectly reproduced in the same materials and size as those that appear in the film, and a variety of other content will be available within the museum so that you can fully enjoy the world of the film.
In addition, to commemorate the 8th anniversary of the opening of Tokyo Midtown Hibiya on Sunday, March 29th, a "Floral Gift" event will be held in which fresh flowers used for decorations will be reused and distributed to customers. Come experience a special "The Story of Oz" only available this spring in the streets of Hibiya, decorated with flowers and art.

About Mitsui Fudosan Group Sustainability <br /> Based on the Mitsui Fudosan Group's "& Mark" philosophy of "creating new value through coexistence, coexistence, and co-creation, and continuing to take on the challenge of achieving this," we view "creating social value" and "creating economic value" as two wheels of a cart. We believe that creating social value leads to creating economic value, and that this economic value will in turn create even greater social value. When we formulated our new Group Management Philosophy in April 2024, we identified six "GROUP MATERIALITY (priority issues)": 1. Contributing to industrial competitiveness, 2. Coexistence with the environment, 3. Health and vitality, 4. Safety and security, 5. Diversity and inclusion, and 6. Compliance and governance. We will address these material issues through our core business and contribute to sustainability.

Furthermore, in April 2025, we formulated "&EARTH for Nature," a declaration of coexistence with the environment in urban development. We see the "environment" as an integration of nature, people, and the community, and are promoting urban development that spreads a rich "environment" and passes it on to future generations. The declaration sets out five key themes: "protecting and nurturing greenery," "utilizing the appeal of water," "enriching the ecosystem," "connecting the community's aspirations," and "circulating natural resources." The initiatives described in this release contribute to two of the key themes of "&EARTH for Nature."
