The Tokyo Creative Salon Executive Committee will hold Japan's largest fashion and design festival "Tokyo Creative Salon 2024" (TCS24) from Thursday, March 14, 2024 to Sunday, March 24, 2024. ), and will be held mainly in 10 areas that represent Tokyo (Marunouchi, Nihonbashi, Ginza, Yurakucho, Akasaka, Shibuya, Harajuku, Haneda, Roppongi, Shinjuku).

SAKURA TEXTILE

Five artists (Lee Izumida, Masaru Suzuki, Satsuki Mishima, An Chen, Alexis Jamet) created cherry blossom pattern art textiles with the theme of "Nihonbashi being dyed with cherry blossoms" using their respective sensibilities. During the event, SAKURA TEXTILE will appear throughout Nihonbashi, painting the city in cherry blossoms.

Nihonbashi has become vibrant with its textile culture, with people using different sizes of noren and furoshiki depending on their purpose. Inspired by this textile culture, “SAKURA TEXTILE PARK'' will be created as a place where people can relax. We also plan to light it up at night.
