On June 29, 2024, Jacob & Co. held a ceremony to commemorate the reopening of "Jacob Ginza". The ceremony was attended by many visitors and members of the press, including film director and actor Takeshi Kitano, and was a lively event from start to finish.
With this renewal, the store has moved to Ginza 6-chome and doubled its floor space. The interior of the store is designed with a white base, with a black ceiling decorated with white geometric patterns and marble floors, creating a very luxurious space with attention to detail. Ribbon cutting ceremony
The highlight of the event was the ribbon-cutting ceremony, attended by Jacob Arabo, founder and chairman of Jacob & Co., Nagase Kai, CEO of Jacob & Co. Japan, and special guest Kitano Takeshi, who celebrated the reopening in style. The ribbon-cutting took place in front of a large audience of reporters and visitors, and afterwards the three men toasted with champagne. Kitano was wearing his favorite Bugatti Chiron Tourbillon on his left wrist.
