To coincide with the nationwide launch of the new product "Ryotei no Odashi", the eat-in corner (5 counter seats) will serve meals prepared by Shimogamo Saryo's executive chef, Motoyama Naotaka, using "Ryotei no Odashi". The tableware is antiques and traditional crafts selected from Kyoto, and the new business store has been designed to allow customers to experience Kyoto at every turn. In addition, the Shimogamo Saryo Matsuya Ginza store will use the latest freezing technology to send popular side dishes and bento boxes prepared in Kyoto directly to Ginza. Customers can now safely enjoy dishes that were previously only available at Kansai stores while maintaining their flavor and quality.
