  • Writer profile

Tomoko Inaba
Born in 1989. After graduating from Tama Art University's Department of Sculpting in 2013, he began to study blown glass at Aokisha Glass Studio.
It is not a special thing, but used in daily life. The idea is that we want to make things that can be contained and used by people in their natural form untouched.
While creating simple shapes, we are blowing up works to enrich everyday life one by one.

Ikeya Sanami <br /> I am producing with the technique using the electric furnace called the kiln work.
Jigs and bells are made by a technique called slumping, which is formed by placing a sheet glass on plaster and baking it.
Glass is noble and has an image that is a bit difficult to grasp, but I would like to feel the various textures of glass for the hands feel free.
If I have something like glass I want to use it, I mainly produce what I want. It features unique texture and color matching that can be done by using a mold.
