─ Hankyu Hanshin Real Estate Co., Ltd. is proceeding with the construction of “(provisional name) Hankyu Hanshin Ginza 3-chome Building”, the first commercial facility in the Ginza area, with the opening in April 2020.



As a core tenant of the building, Shiseido's global prestige brand “SHISEIDO” will open on three floors from the first basement to the second floor. This store will be the world's largest roadside store as SHISEIDO's first brand flagship store in 85 countries and regions around the world.
The building will be a 1-minute walk from Ginza Station on the Tokyo Metro, and will be conveniently located at the intersection of Namiki-dori and Matsuya-dori. The building design has a sharp expression by adopting curtain walls, and part of the design features art films with motifs such as willows and row of trees, one of the features of Ginza.
