We offer pesticide-free vegetables from Ome Farm, fresh cheese from SHIBUYA CHEESE STAND, and a limited lunch box from the Blind Donkey! March 28, 2021 (Sun) 11: 00-17: 00
At Ginza Sony Park, pesticide-free vegetables and fruits are sold by "Kama Bread & Friends <Natural Bussankan>", which sells additive-free products, vegetables, and bread directly sent from all over the country on the 3rd basement floor. The event "Ginza Friends Aozora City", where small farmers and makers who produce discerning products gather from all over the country, will start on the ground floor from Sunday, March 28, 2021. It will be held on the last Sunday of every month.
"Ginza Friends Aozora City" is a direct delivery from the production area where creators and cooks who interact with Kamapan & Friends <Natural Bussankan> gather at Ginza Sony Park and carefully create and grow food with a focus on "safety and security". It is an event that connects creators and eaters through the sale of ingredients and dishes. A chef who has been trying to eat the selected ingredients with the maker will cook and provide them on the food truck, introduce how to enjoy the gathered ingredients, talk and tour the product hall. Etc. are also implemented. You can enjoy the talk from home on Instagram.
Starting this month, it will be held on the last Sunday of every month to introduce creators from all over Japan. In March, the first time, under the theme of "Nippon Farmer / Maker & the Blind Donkey", pesticide-free vegetables from "Ome Farm", which grows western vegetables and traditional Japanese vegetables by organic farming, and preservatives, etc. Ginza Sony Park will bring together the makers of the metropolitan area and their specialty ingredients and groceries, such as the fresh cheese of "SHIBUYA CHEESE STAND" that delivers fresh handmade deliciousness without using any additives.
Please enjoy while interacting with the creators and feeling the ingredients and groceries and the feelings of the creators.
■ Message from Kamapan & Friends <Natural Bussankan>
Kama Bread & Friends <Natural Bussankan> is a small bread and grocery store in the basement of Ginza Sony Park. What surprised me when I started the shop in Ginza is that the fresh vegetables that come directly from the farmers are selling like crazy every day!
I would like you to meet the makers of such vegetables and foods in person! So, once a month, we will hold a blue sky market in the middle of Ginza.
In March, entitled "Farmers and Makers of Japan," many maker in the Tokyo metropolitan area will gather, centering on farmers who grow vegetables without pesticides, and cheese shops that make cheese in Tokyo. Please talk about what each person values while picking up the ingredients.
If you have good ingredients, I want you to eat good food too! At the venue this time, young chefs from the Blind Donkey in Kanda, Tokyo will use the ingredients gathered in Aozora City to wield their skills!
Under the blue sky, I am preparing not only for the relationship of selling and buying, but also for the place where the creator and the eater can connect. Some people usually come to Kamapan & Friends, and some people are interested but haven't stopped by yet. We are waiting for you at Ginza Sony Park.
