■ Renewable energy and commercial facilities. Solving social issues and tackling a sound material-cycle society using our own assets

At Tokyu Land, facing major social issues such as climate change countermeasures and achieving SDGs, creating a sustainable society is a major pillar of our business, and "realization of a carbon-free society," "development of local economy," and "energy self-sufficiency rate in Japan." The three local governments participating in "Manabel Marche" this time are the areas where ReENE's business is being carried out.
Marche is a place where the thoughts of the regions and people involved can be spun and circulated by letting customers living in the city center know that they are producing clean energy while disseminating the appeal of each region. Open

This is an unprecedented new initiative that connects and circulates rural areas and cities by combining the solutions to social issues that we want to achieve and the urban development that we have cultivated over the years. In addition, during the "Manabel Marche" period, at the Tokyu Plaza Ginza building, we will work with advanced problem-solving companies such as Corex Shinei Co., Ltd. and the JTB Group to create content and disseminate examples of sustainable efforts. , We will also propose a new form of co-creation in a sound material-cycle society.

As a comprehensive real estate developer, we have promoted a wide range of businesses such as housing, resorts, office buildings, commercial facilities, and renewable energy. We have a history of constantly facing and thinking about local, social and environmental issues. What we have cultivated there is the ability to provide from the same perspective as our stakeholders. In order to deliver new value and clean energy to the future, we will promote business for the next future from a sustainable perspective together with our partners, local residents, and customers.

■ Characteristics of "Manabel Marche"
A store that makes eating more enjoyable, combining "learning" and "Marche"

"Manabel Marche" is a limited-time store that combines "learning" about the production process in the middle of Ginza and "Marche" where you can enjoy special products sent directly from the production area. At the store, dialogues with producers in Namegata City, Ibaraki Prefecture, Kushiro Town, Hokkaido, and Matsumae Town, Hokkaido will be exhibited by voice.
The interview was conducted by question-loving children nationwide who took the interview program under the supervision of Professor Kenryu Nakamura of the Research Center for Advanced Science and Technology, the University of Tokyo. Simple and surprising children's questions give us a lot of awareness. Through the voices of the producers they interviewed, you can feel the production process and the thoughts of the producers hidden in it, so that you can enjoy eating more than just eating things. It is exactly "Manabel Marche" that combines such "learning" and "Marche".
