[Zukan Museum] To commemorate the 1st anniversary of the opening of the museum on Saturday, July 16th, a version upgrade has been decided! With the version upgrade, “Goodbye Ant View Zone” campaign will be held!

Sasaki Holdings Co., Ltd., Shogakukan Co., Ltd., Aid DC Co., Ltd., Drill Co., Ltd., Dentsu Co., Ltd., Sunnyside Up Co., Ltd., Asahi Shimbun Co., Ltd. Has decided to upgrade the space to commemorate the first anniversary of the opening of the new experience-based facility "ZUKAN MUSEUM GINZA powered by Shogakukan no Zukan NEO" (hereinafter referred to as "ZUKAN MUSEUM GINZA").

With the version upgrade, we will hold a "Goodbye Ant View Zone" campaign for 10 days from April 29th (Friday / holiday) to May 8th (Sunday), 2022.

* Details regarding the version upgrade will be released at a later date.

What will change with this version upgrade is the ant view zone where you can observe the creatures you see in the thickets from the perspective of ants. Therefore, it was decided to hold this campaign because the period during which you can enjoy the current Antview Zone is limited.

In the "Goodbye Antview Zone" campaign to be held this time, we will present beetle goods that are especially popular among the insects that live in the Antview Zone. The first 60 elementary school students who visited during the period will receive a paper craft of beetles, and those after that will receive a coloring sheet with a line drawing of the beetles of the Zukan Museum. Why don't you visit Zukan Museum Ginza for the last long holiday to meet beetles?

・ What is ZUKAN MUSEUM GINZA powered by Shogakukan Encyclopedia NEO?

This facility is a world where you can meet creatures that you could only see in the picture book, feel their breath, and go on to meet other creatures while exploring the space where digital and real are fused. It is a new type of experience-based facility where you can immerse yourself in. This facility, which is a "living museum where the nature of the earth is condensed", is full of information and various technologies are updated every day. In this era, instead of turning the pages of books, all creatures coexist. We will provide a new pictorial book experience where you can experience the "nature of the earth" while sharpening various senses by "visiting" the space and time of the world.

Visitors can enter the world where the creatures picked up from the "Shogakukan Encyclopedia NEO Series" are visualized "digitally", and experience and learn about the real ecosystem and, by extension, "nature" that cannot be conveyed by the illustrated book books alone. .. The facility is designed to express real changes in the environment on the earth, such as the passage of time of 24 hours and changes in the weather, and you can experience the real "nature of the earth" with the passage of space and time. It is a new type of experience-based facility that aims to "create a real experience" that is as important as "reading and knowing" in learning. Please look forward to the new "Academic Entertainment", "ZUKAN MUSEUM GINZA powered by Shogakukan Encyclopedia NEO," which arouses intellectual curiosity through continuous discoveries and changes the values and mindset of "the nature of the earth" before and after the experience.
