Pierre Marcolini Ginza main store and Nagoya store cafes offer winter limited menus from Sunday, January 15th.
You can enjoy the menu that was very popular last winter, such as “Parfait Cacao”, “Eclair Cacao”, “Brussels Waffle-Cacao”, “Cacao Tea Ice Cream”, “Hot Chocolate-Mar de Champagne”.
Pierre Marcolini will offer a winter limited menu from Sunday, January 15th at Pierre Marcolini Ginza main store and Nagoya store cafe.
The limited winter menu consists of 5 items: "Parfait Cacao", "Eclair Cacao", "Brussels Waffle-Cacao", "Cacao Tea Ice Cream", and "Hot Chocolate-Mar de Champagne". All of them are made using Pierre Marcolini's original couverture, cacao nibs, cacao fruits, and cacao tea made from roasted cacao peels, so you can enjoy the various flavors of "cacao". You can The menu, which was very popular last winter, has been re-released this year in response to its popularity.
Enjoy a menu unique to Pierre Marcolini, who travels the world and continues to be particular about cacao.

On top of chocolate ice cream with plenty of original couverture, cacao tea ice cream and jelly, plenty of fresh cream and fruity cacao fruit sorbet are placed. A parfait unique to Pierre Marcolini, where you can enjoy the various flavors of cacao.

A fragrant cacao tea cream that feels cacao is sandwiched between long and thin baked choux pastry, and topped with white chocolate glacage and cacao nibs.

Hot chocolate with the deep flavor of Pierre Marcolini's original couverture is served with brandy "Mar de Champagne" made in the Champagne region. Pour in as desired and enjoy.
