Condiments and sweets that make use of umami
Ginza Loft will hold "Ginza Odashi Yokocho", a gathering of various dashi items, at a special venue on the first floor from Friday, December 27, 2024 to Sunday, January 19, 2025. The store will stock products from dashi brands from all over Japan, seasonings and processed foods that make use of the flavor of dashi, as well as cooking utensils used to make dashi.
