Art Aquarium Museum GINZA (location/Ginza Mitsukoshi) will hold the winter art aquarium "Starry Christmas in Ginza" from November 23rd (Thursday) to December 27th (Wednesday).

A special month when the Art Aquarium Museum shines the most in the year. The art aquarium offers a Japanese-Western eclectic Christmas goldfish art space that can only be experienced here.
The Herrnhut star, symbolizing Christmas, falls on the endless corridor where the goldfish greet you, and a snow globe appears along the lantern path where the goldfish swim. We invite everyone to a one-of-a-kind Christmas tunnel woven by goldfish. Enjoying Christmas in Ginza is an immersive fantasy world filled with excitement and soothing radiance.
Enjoy the gorgeous holiday season brought to you by Art Aquarium.

・We will bring you the holiday season that only Art Aquarium can offer, including a starry goldfish corridor and a lantern room with sparkling illuminations and snow globes.

Goldfish Merry Christmas 2023! This Christmas at the Art Aquarium Museum, an aquarium in which goldfish swim will be displayed in a sparkling display, decorated with Christmas ornaments, snow globes, and snowflakes.

●“Lantern room” sparkling with illumination and snow globes
The space, lined with aquariums shaped like lanterns, is decorated with Christmas-like illuminations and snow globes to create a winter-like scene. If you pass through a small tunnel surrounded by lanterns with goldfish playing, snow globe lampposts, and ornaments, you'll find yourself… Enjoy the production of a fantasy space where you can experience the Christmas story.

●“Goldfish Corridor” where stars fall
The Goldfish Corridor is illuminated by the Herrnhut Star, a symbol of Christmas decorations. This space, which represents the corridors seen in Japanese temple and shrine architecture, has also been decorated for Christmas. The gentle stars shining down on the corridor and the sparkling Christmas-colored aquariums on the left and right combine to create a winter fantasy space.

●Goldfish Collection
The goldfish collection is decorated with sparkling crystal art flowers, white birches, snowflakes, and more, making it a winter scene. Christmas wreaths also decorate the inside of the aquarium. Please take your time to enjoy the collection of goldfish swimming gracefully in the sparkling snowy landscape.

●Goldfish Falls
In this work, which is inspired by a waterfall, icicles hang down from the top of the waterfall, expressing the arrival of winter in Japan's natural environment. The glittering icicles appear to fall into a waterfall where goldfish swim, creating a magical winter scene.

●New Goldfish Product Review
A goldfish swims gracefully and leisurely in a rectangular aquarium. This work allows you to admire goldfish from above, with their faces peeking out to the surface of the water. The colorful goldfish swimming in the aquarium decorated with Christmas green holly, white birch, and snowflakes look like flowers in ice. You can enjoy aquarium works that express the beauty of winter.

●Bamboo forest of goldfish
A bamboo forest of goldfish appears as you proceed through the lantern room of the Christmas tunnel. A Christmas tree will appear in the center of a space lined with bamboo-inspired cylindrical aquariums. The goldfish "Tancho" swimming at the foot of the tree looks like he's wearing a red hat, just like Santa…! ? A Christmas space that expresses the playful spirit unique to Art Aquarium will be created.

●Christmas trees and a snowy landscape welcome you
As soon as you enter the building, you will see a landscape of Christmas trees lined up in front of you. The winter goldfish art work presented by Art Aquarium begins with the expression of a winter cityscape with sparkling Christmas trees.
While looking at this winter scenery, if you pass through the arch of "Ginza Mantoro" which is lined with faintly glowing lanterns, you will be connected to the fantasy world of Art Aquarium where goldfish dance and swim.
