[TIFFANY & CO.] Japan’s first “Blue Box Cafe” opens at Tiffany & Co. Ginza in August

Tiffany will open "Blue Box Café by Natsuko Shoji" in early August. The new location for the Blue Box Café, which reflects the concept of its New York flagship store, The Landmark, will be Tiffany & Co. Ginza, which will open in July as the company's largest flagship store in Asia.

Inspired by Tiffany's glorious traditions, the Blue Box Café will create a one-of-a-kind dining experience and become a new base for communicating Tiffany's culture. Supervised by Chef Natsuko Shoji of the French restaurant "été" in Yoyogi-Uehara, Tokyo, the cafe will offer a menu that combines Japanese ingredients and culture with the food culture of New York in the background of Ginza, Tokyo, where one of Japan's leading gourmet cultures flourishes.

Known for her original creations, aesthetically-rich cuisine, and collaborations with up-and-coming artists and designers, Chef Shoji has received high praise both at home and abroad, including winning Asia's Best Pastry Chef at Asia's 50 Best Restaurants in 2020 and becoming the first Japanese woman to win Asia's Best Female Chef in the 2022 edition.

This partnership was born out of the shared values of both companies – Tiffany's elegance, craftsmanship and originality – and Blue Box Café by Natsuko Shoji will provide customers with delight, surprise and special experiences through food.

Tiffany Ginza is a symbol of the beginning of the next half century in Japan. The arrival of the Blue Box Café by Japanese chef Natsuko Shoji is a symbol of glorious tradition and innovation, further deepening the ties between Tiffany and Japan. Tiffany Ginza will open on July 11, 2025, and Blue Box Café by Natsuko Shoji will open in August 2025.
