Korean style egg custard at home

[Materials (2 to 3 people)]



・Eggs: 5 pieces ・Konbu … Proper amount ・Water: 200-250 ml
・Salt…a little・Favorite ingredients…appropriate amount/powdered soup

[How to make]

1. Put kelp and water in a pan and boil.
2. When the water boiled, remove the kelp and add the ingredients, salt, and powdered dashi as you like.
3. Put the melted eggs in 2 and stir over medium heat.
4. When thickened, cover and put on low heat for about 3 minutes.

Eggs alone are delicious, but if you add the remaining vegetables such as mentaiko and mushrooms, it will be more delicious.
