“Today, enjoy meat to your heart’s content.” Yakiniku Ushijirushi, which offers carefully selected, high-quality Japanese beef with full service, has grand opened in Ginza and Nishi-Azabu!

Yakiniku Gyujirushi, where expertly selected beef is grilled to perfection by a master griller for each cut, will open in Ginza 6-chome on April 17th (Friday) and in Nishi-Azabu on April 27th (Monday).

Toraji Co., Ltd. is pleased to announce the opening of "Yakiniku Ushijirushi," a fully-service yakiniku restaurant where a "grill master" grills each cut of beef to perfection right in front of the customer, in the Kanematsu Building in Ginza 6-chome, and will be opening another location in Nishi-Azabu on Monday, April 27th.

USHI JIRUSHI's concept is "Today, enjoy meat to your heart's content," and we want you to eat your fill of delicious meat.
From appetizers to the final rice dish, every bite is meat-centric. USHI JIRUSHI's discerning eye selects various cuts of meat from specific regions and producers, which are then carefully grilled right in front of you by our dedicated grill master.

We employ a "full-service system" where a grill master cooks all the meat for you.

To help everyone truly enjoy yakiniku, we've adopted a "full-service" system where each cut of beef is cooked to perfection.
We offer our customers a special experience, from the ingredients to the service, with professional techniques honed by our highly trained "grill masters."

Experts visit ranches and farms to carefully select ingredients.

At Gyujirushi, we personally select the ingredients we use by visiting ranches and farms. For our main beef, we are particular about using female cows, specifically Masuda Wagyu beef that is 36 months old. Because of its low melting point, even the marbled meat can be enjoyed with a light and refreshing taste. In addition, the grilled vegetables, which change with the seasons, are grilled together with the meat, resulting in a rich and flavorful taste that is infused with the meat's umami.
