Jackie Sakocchio
Born in 1963, lives in New York. Completed the School of the Art Institute of Chicago and the Rhode Island School of Design. He has received numerous awards, including the Prix de Rome at the American Academy Rome, the Guggenheim Fellowship, the Fulbright Scholarship, and the Sivitera Ranieri Fellowship.
In the past, he has held solo exhibitions at Croce & Co. Participated in group exhibitions at the Chicago Museum of Contemporary Art, Jacksonville Museum of Contemporary Art, Addison Museum of American Art, RISD Museum, and Rose Art Museum. Major museums include the Metropolitan Museum of Art, the Dallas Museum of Art, the Saatchi Gallery, and the Museum of Contemporary Art Chicago.
